Why did you build this website, anyway?

  • The purpose is twofold. I want people know who I am and what I do. And I want computer owners to have a helpful basic resource to aid them with this most complicated, fun and useful technological wonder.

What exactly do you do?

  • I provide service and support for computers, computer components and peripherals, computer networks, phone systems, audio, and for general technology issues within the relative region of the San Gorgonio Pass area.

How much experience do you have?

  • I have more than 12 years of direct experience with computers. You'll find details on my about page.

How much do you charge for your services?

  • I offer better than standard rates overall and I give discounts for local businesses and residents.

Do you do house calls?

  • Absolutely.

What are your hours?

  • You can call on me any time. (I do, however, need to sleep.) It has always frustrated me that many businesses I found myself haviing to do business with were only open during the hours that I had to use to earn a living. I do add a premium for service performed between 7 PM and 9 AM and on Sunday.
